Yosemite National Park 30 March - 1 April

Our two days in the Park were spent gazing at the amazing rocks formations, wondering what it would be like to be a climber in this park. I do not think I stopped saying "Wow" for two days.

Above is a view of the Dome as taken from the Mirror Lake area. Walking in this valley definitely gives on a crick in the neck- the cliff faces are spectacular.

To the left is a picture of Yosemite Falls - despite the blue sky it was a chilly visit. The wind was funnelled down the falls. Carolyn, Debbie and Lee had walked above these falls the day before - we were greated by 3 tired faces in the evening - we opted to walk to the bottom.
